The Challenge

Notable One is hospitality software for independent restaurants, cafés, bars and pubs. It brings direct bookings, ordering, guest CRM, loyalty and growth tools together in one connected platform. The product's core argument is that venues shouldn't need bookings in one system, orders in another, loyalty somewhere else, and customer information spread everywhere.

The website had to make that argument clearly to busy venue owners. It needed to explain a multi-part platform without overwhelming visitors, show what the product looks like in practice, and lead people toward booking a demo. It also had to communicate a commercial point that matters to independents: there is no percentage platform commission.

Our Approach

We structured the site around the guest relationship, following the product's own positioning: "Built around the relationship, not the transaction." The page opens with the line "More than a table." and a clear promise to turn more guests into regulars. It then moves through the problem, the solution and the detail.

Rather than describing features in the abstract, the homepage leads with an example interface built on demonstration data. It shows a direct booking from a returning guest on their sixth visit, a loyalty count, and a prompt that 12 regulars haven't visited in six weeks. This lets owners see the platform's value at a glance. Later sections follow the guest journey step by step, address intelligence and integrations, and answer common questions before a final call to action.

What We Built

  • Hero with example interface: a live-style product preview, clearly labelled as demonstration data, alongside "Book a demo" and "Explore the platform" calls to action.
  • Before-and-after comparison: contrasts disconnected tools with "One connected guest journey."
  • Guest journey section: numbered stages that start with Discover and Book or order, following a guest from first visit to favourite regular.
  • Platform and intelligence sections: explain the connected platform and its "useful intelligence, without another AI dashboard."
  • Integrations section: shows how Notable One fits around the systems venues already use.
  • FAQ and closing call to action: "Questions venue owners ask" followed by "Ready to turn more guests into regulars?"

More about this project

Technology

This is a content-led marketing site for a software product, so the build prioritises clear page structure, readable sections and prominent demo calls to action over complex functionality. The product preview is presented as a self-contained example interface, so prospective customers can understand the platform without signing in. The audience segments for cafés, restaurants and bars and pubs, along with the dedicated FAQ, give the site room to expand as the product and its messaging grow.
