The Challenge

Maaz Cars offers self-drive car rentals across Kerala, without a driver, for family functions, trips and short stays by visitors from abroad. Its fleet runs from compact economy cars to premium models, with both automatic and manual transmissions, and rentals can last a day, a week or a month.

That range creates a lot of booking variables. A customer might want the car delivered to their home, handed over at an airport or collected from a yard. They might return it to the same place or somewhere else, and they need to choose a kilometre package. Maaz Cars needed a platform that captured all of this clearly while keeping booking quick and reassuring for first-time renters.

Our Approach

We built the experience around the booking form and placed it at the top of the homepage under the prompt "Let's find your perfect car." The form adapts to the delivery method the customer picks. Home delivery, airport delivery and yard pickup each show their own pick-up and drop-off fields, along with a "drop off at same location" option. Yard operating hours (9 AM to 6 PM) appear right where customers choose their slot.

The rest of the site answers the questions renters usually have before they commit. It covers pricing, fleet variety, vehicle maintenance and how the process works. Phone support numbers stay visible throughout, and a mobile app gives repeat customers a faster route to book.

The platform pairs an ASP.NET back end with a React Native mobile app. ASP.NET suits the business logic a rental service depends on: handling bookings across several delivery modes, locations, dates and kilometre packages, with a structure that can grow as the fleet and service areas expand. React Native lets the app reach both major mobile platforms from a single codebase, which keeps the web and app experiences aligned and makes ongoing updates easier to manage.
