Warevolt: a headless website for a Kochi 3PL, tied to its WMS

We built a headless website for Warevolt, a Kochi-based 3PL, that explains warehousing, fulfillment and nationwide shipping clearly and connects with the company's warehouse management system through middleware.

Step 01

The client

Warevolt is a technology-enabled 3PL logistics and warehousing company based in Kochi. It provides end-to-end supply chain solutions for businesses of all sizes, helping them store, manage, fulfill and move inventory. Its customers are D2C, B2B, marketplace and quick commerce brands.

Step 02

Requirements

Warevolt needed a website that explains a broad, operations-heavy service to brands of different sizes. It had to show that the company combines warehouse work with software and real-time visibility. Brand owners comparing fulfillment partners also needed to find the right service, understand the process and see how to get started without reading long pages.

Step 03

Challenges

Each customer type has different needs, and the service covers everything from inbound receiving to returns. Presenting all of that without overwhelming visitors meant the content had to be easy to scan. The site also had to connect to Warevolt's warehouse management system, so the technology story on the page matched how the company actually works.

Step 04

Solutions

We built a headless portfolio website connected to the warehouse management system through middleware we developed. The homepage opens with Warevolt's pan-India 3PL positioning and a "Get Started" action. Separate sections cover D2C and marketplace, B2B, and quick commerce fulfillment, plus a platform section on visibility and control and a section explaining the bring-your-own-account (BYOA) shipping option.

Step 05

How we solved it

We started from how customers think: where they sell and what they need moved. The message leads with "Sell Anywhere. Fulfill Everywhere." and then splits into sections by customer type. Copy follows the path of a shipment, from receiving through storage, fulfillment, dispatch and returns. Plain headings like "How It Works" guide visitors, and every section points back to one "Get Started" action. We built the front end in Next.js, used WIX for content and page management, and put Cloudflare in front for delivery and protection.

Step 06

Impact

Warevolt now has a site that explains its service in the order a brand experiences it. Visitors can find their customer type, see how the process works and reach the enquiry step from any section. Operational strengths such as inventory accuracy, order accuracy, channel integrations and same-day dispatch sit beside the story, so proof is visible early.
