Matrix: A Shopify Store for Industrial Equipment and Spare Parts in Abu Dhabi

Matrix is the project behind Buller's online store, supplying industrial equipment, spare parts and heavy machinery components in Abu Dhabi. Its product range covers engine, transmission, hydraulic, electrical and undercarriage parts, with a focus on quality and competitive pricing.

Buller's project required a user-friendly e-commerce website to showcase and sell industrial equipment and spare parts, support competitive pricing and promotions, and simplify online purchasing. The scope included Shopify migration, headless e-commerce development and custom software solutions.

The main challenge was organising Buller's extensive range of specialised spare parts into an easy-to-navigate catalogue, helping buyers find specific components quickly while keeping promotional offers visible without cluttering the shopping experience.

We developed Buller's Shopify store with GCP integration and a responsive Bootstrap front end. Key features include a structured product catalogue, search functionality, shopping cart, secure checkout, promotional offers, best-seller listings and a ChatGPT-powered customer support interface.

We organised Buller's catalogue into clear product categories and subcategories, then integrated search, cart and checkout through Shopify. GCP supports the platform, Bootstrap powers the responsive design, and the homepage highlights promotions, best-sellers and ChatGPT-powered customer support.
