Cozmedics: A Headless Shopify Storefront for Makeup and Skincare

Cozmedics is an online beauty brand offering a wide range of makeup and skincare products, from everyday essentials to long-wear cosmetics. Its catalogue includes curated kits and combos, allowing customers to shop easily by category and discover products for complete beauty looks.

Cozmedics needed a Shopify store with a premium, brand-focused design and easy navigation across its wide makeup and skincare range. The focus was on highlighting promotions, best sellers, free shipping, easy exchanges and secure checkout, while introducing automation to simplify daily store management.

The main challenges were presenting an uneven product catalogue without compromising the shopping experience, building a custom headless storefront while retaining Shopify's commerce capabilities, and ensuring a smooth migration of existing store data.

We developed a custom headless storefront using Next.js and Shopify for product, inventory and secure checkout management. Delivered through Cloudflare, the store features a skincare-focused homepage, category navigation, best sellers, promotional offers and clear shopping assurances. Claude AI automation helps simplify repetitive store tasks.

We migrated Cozmedics to Shopify, organised products into clear categories, and developed a custom Next.js storefront connected to Shopify's catalogue and checkout. We configured Cloudflare delivery, integrated Claude AI automation and launched the store on its production domain.

Cozmedics now has a custom, brand-focused storefront powered by Shopify, offering easy product discovery, clear shopping assurances and flexible promotions. Claude AI automation further simplifies routine store management, reducing manual effort and supporting smoother operations.
