Suganjali Health Care: A Clear, Bookable Website for Home and Palliative Care

Suganjali Health Care (SHC) is a Kochi-based healthcare provider specialising in home-based medical care, palliative care, 24/7 homecare services and international patient support. Its services focus on providing accessible, personalised care for patients and their families.

SHC needed a user-friendly website showcasing its healthcare services, enabling direct appointment bookings, providing easy contact options and answering common patient and family enquiries through an FAQ section.

The challenge was creating a clear, accessible website for both local patients and international visitors, making it easy to explore services, book appointments, contact SHC and find essential healthcare information without confusion.

We developed a responsive Wix website using Bootstrap, with dedicated service sections, doctor profiles, company information, prominent appointment and contact options, and an FAQ section covering common patient questions.

We organised SHC's services into clear sections, built the Wix website with Bootstrap styling, and added prominent booking and contact options. ChatGPT supported content creation, while GCP complemented the technical stack. A dedicated FAQ section provides quick answers to common patient queries.

SHC now has a user-friendly website showcasing its healthcare services, simplifying appointment bookings and providing quick answers to common questions. Its CMS-based platform also allows the team to manage and update content independently.
